Live on one deployment

Every movement, one ledger.

A goods receipt, a counter sale, an online order and a GST return — all of it landing in the same records, at the same moment.

The products

Three products, one dataset.

You start on Vritti Cloud, run the business on VAP, and reach customers through your own website and — soon — the Voop super app. All of it on the same records.

01 / CLOUD

Where every customer starts

Create your organisation, pick the business you run, and your own system is provisioned — your database, your domain, your storage.

Explore Vritti Cloud

02 / VAP

The business, run properly

Purchasing, stock by outlet and warehouse, POS, invoices and GST — configured for your trade before you log in.

Explore VAP

03 / VOOP

Your store, in their pocket

A customer super app. Your store ships inside it as a mini app — no app of your own to build or maintain.

In developmentExplore Voop

Vritti Cloud

Your own system, without running it yourself.

Your own database, domain and storage — provisioned, backed up continuously and watched around the clock. No more SSH to read logs.

Ready — in sync

Generation 47 applied. Every change is verified against an Ed25519 signature before it is applied.

How it comes together

From first login to selling online.

01

Create your organisation

You start on Vritti Cloud. Create your organisation, tell us what business you run, and your own system is provisioned for you.

02

Get VAP set up for your trade

A pharmacy gets batch and expiry. Apparel gets size and colour. Hardware gets unit conversions. You get the features your trade needs, not a blank ERP.

03

Put your store online

We build your website and deploy it on your own domain. Connect it to VAP and it sells from the same stock as your counter.

04

We keep it running

Continuous backups, updates handled, everything watched around the clock. You run the business, not the servers.

Why it fits real businesses

Most systems give you one hierarchy. Your business has four.

Your company, your registered firms, your outlets and the managers who run them are genuinely different things. VAP keeps each one straight instead of forcing them into a single tree.

ORGANISATION

The business

Units of measure, categories and sales channels — set up once, shared everywhere.

LEGAL ENTITY

Each firm

Its own books, GST registrations, currency and fiscal year — files cleanly on its own.

SITE

Each place

Outlet, warehouse or production unit. Only sites transact, so stock lives where selling happens.

SITE GROUP

Each manager

Give someone charge of four outlets without touching the books or the other five.

In plain terms: run three firms across nine outlets, keep each firm’s books separate for tax — and still see the whole business in one picture.

Your data

Yours alone, and safe.

Your own database

Each business runs on its own Postgres database — physically separated, not a tenant column in someone else's table.

Backups that rewind

Continuous backup with point-in-time restore. Rewind to any minute, not to last night's copy.

Money stored exactly

Amounts are held as integers in minor units, so your accounts never drift by a paisa to a rounding error.

Staff see only their part

Permissions resolve per outlet, per firm and per role, so a branch manager sees a branch and not the books.

Tax that fails closed

An item without a resolvable tax class will not quietly sell at zero tax.

Signed updates

Every change your system receives is verified against an Ed25519 signature before it is applied.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is VAP?

VAP (Vritti AI Platforms) is an AI-first ERP for businesses that buy or manufacture stock and sell it. It runs purchasing, inventory, billing, POS, GST and customer records end to end, and it is configured per business type rather than being a blank system you have to shape yourself.

How is this different from ordinary billing software?

Billing software records sales. VAP runs the whole loop — what you bought, what you hold, what you sold, at which outlet, under which registered firm, and what tax applies. Your online store reads from the same stock, so channels cannot disagree about what is available.

Do I need a website to use VAP?

No. Most businesses start with VAP for purchasing, stock and billing. Adding a website built and deployed by Vritti is optional, and so is connecting that website to VAP — though connecting it is what gives you one catalogue and one stock position instead of two.

What does "your own system" mean?

Your business gets its own deployment — its own database, its own domain, its own storage — provisioned and kept running for you. Your data is never mixed into a shared database with other businesses. You own the data; Vritti handles the running of it.

Will it work for my kind of business?

If you buy or make stock and sell it, it fits. Pharmacies, supermarkets, FMCG distribution, apparel, electronics, jewellery, hardware, auto parts, pet supplies, bakeries and D2C brands each get a setup built for that trade.

What happens when I open another outlet or register another firm?

Outlets and legal entities are separate dimensions in the model, so both are built in. A new outlet gets its own stock, prices and staff roles. A new registered firm keeps its own books, fiscal year and tax registrations while you still see the whole group consolidated.

See it shaped like your business.

Tell us what you sell, how many outlets you run and where you sell it. We will walk you through a real system set up like yours — not a generic demo.
